I have a BS in Environmental Science from Mansfield University of PA and a MEd in Environmental Education through Slippery Rock University, plus 6 years of experience as a Naturalist and Environmental Educator.

For me, a love of the outdoors all started with fishing and wandering as a kid. Today that love has grown into a passion for fish, plants, birds, hiking, camping, citizen science, environmental education, interpretive guiding, and much more. I'm very thankful to all the people and places I've learned from on this journey and those I've yet to meet.

I love finding rare plants especially, but also like to catalog phenological events, birds, and fungi.
