Location is approximate. This unfortunate ermine was hit by a truck on the mainline, north of Yakoun Lake. Date is approximate (year and season correct). The only other mustelids inhabiting Haida Gwaii are Pacific Marten, River Otter, and rarely sited Sea Otter.
