Tentative schedule: 2017 Fundy Bio-blitz (le français suit)

Friday, June 9th
9am –9:30am Welcome and launch of the Bio-Blitz @ the Salt and Fir Centre

9:30am to 12pm – Beaverbrook School group (hike Matthews Head)

1:00 pm- 5:00 pm- NB Craft Council Artist Residency program

7pm – 8:30pm – Biodiversity Movie Night: “Every Living Thing”- A documentary on BioBlitzing in New Brunswick (with French subtitles). The movie will be shown in the Salt and Fir Ctr.

Saturday, June 10th
8:00 am- Beginning of day’s activities- Check-in at Salt and Fir Centre for drop-in activities schedule (changes daily, dependent on weather and expert availability)
8:30 departure for Bennett Brook for guided walk participants. (registration required- meet at 8am at Salt and Fir)

9am to 12pm- Flora of Bennett Brook: A Guided walk with a park naturalist
(registration required- meet at 8am at Salt and Fir)
