Students at Memorial University of Newfoundland that enrol in Introduction to Entomology (Biol 3300) are tasked with collecting preserving and identifying (Family level) 50 Hexapods. Their collecting is limited to part of the Fall term (early September to late October). The purpose of Insects of Biology 3300 is to connect student collections across years and to link students to taxonomic experts in our region. less ↑
