I feel I have made observations of this one before and got it wrong but if so I can't seem to find those postings (was this a Psathyrella or in that family?).

Anyway solitary. Gills pink. Emergent from Leucobryum javense turves under rawiri (Kunzea linearis).

Boletus rawlingsii? A specimen of Boletus rawlingsii was found near this site (identification confirmed by DNA sequencing) but not sure if this is the same. Unfortunately all fruiting bodies seen where seriously damaged by hyphomyces - this specimen was the least affected.

Occasional under rawiri (Kunzea linearis) with Russula spp., and Amanita australis.

I think (but not quite convinced here this may just be very robust A. australis) - associated with Russula spp., Boletus ?rawlingsii and Amanita australis (see https://inaturalist.nz/observations/24709224) - but much larger than A. australis and a different colour.

Another 'wonder' flourishing on dog excrement (the bane of botanists and mycologists exploring this fantastic reserve, which is being polluted beyond belief by people and their dogs). Anyway - this one is new to me, fruiting body white, bifid.
