Marginal teeth, if present, are reduced enough not to be visible in hand lens photos. Plants small, with my finger and palm print for scale I'd say less than 2cm long. Growing on rock wall, could be soil over rock. Leaves appear to mostly be elliptic to my eye. Costae do not appear to end "well before" leaf apex, which is counter to my ID. Best match i could find usint Flora of North America key and iNaturalist.
