Description
This observation is for the smaller (presumably male) bee on top. It was not welcome, so may be a different species than the larger bee.

Description
Does anyone know what’s going on here? The little mining bees I didn’t see land to forage normally at all, instead I saw at least two landing on the male carpenter bees like this (who didn’t seem to appreciate it much).
