Photo 3361 Common Watersnake (with perch); I thought the snake was dead as I paddled nearby...then saw it move; I have a short movie of it. It seemed to back off then slowly went forward again. (A paddling friend was waiting for me so I left after about 10 minutes.) for me it was "Gift of the Universe" sighting. :-)
