Growing on Shorea near riverbank.
One specimen potentially parasitized with Hypomyces sp. - when bisected the color was a more distinct neon blue color, white, and the middle was gelatinous. The fresh specimen had a solid black interior with dark blue coloring.

Just not sure what this is. Pics are just terrible, as it was small and we were under dense canopy. First thoughts were a type of Cordyceps, but it also reminds me of eggs laid by parasitizing wasps on caterpillars and maybe it is a dessicated exoskeleton. The white things have stalks and I don't think that wasp eggs do. They have a fuzzy white surface. Also considering may be a type of slime mold or a fungal mold. Mixed cove forest in a small moss community.
