Based ONLY on the photos, I think they're American Golden Plovers, but I'd be happy to be corrected if I'm wrong.

Two terns in some sort of aerial antics. Loud vocals would alert me to their position in the sky when i would lose sight of them. Wondering if this is mating behavior.
A single Tern flying over this small pond. This pond is home to Trout, Salmon, and a population of freshwater Stickleback.

Fairly confident it's one of the white-rumped storm petrels (Wilson's or more likely, Leach's). Observed flying in the bay with flight reminiscent of a black tern (only reference I've got!) - landed in water and did the petrel water-foot-tap once.
Eating Coltsfoot seeds.
