Amazing. A lunch break construction site fossil hunt allowed me to stumble across a rare beauty during the day. I used to road cruise at dusk to find these on the outskirts of town, now I find one when I’m not looking. I moved it f
ar enough away from the construction site to give temporary relief but I hope it survives way beyond the completion of this project. Sad to see the prairies disappear.
