Juvenile Cattle Egret (Ardea ibis syn: Bulbucus ibis) at Waterbird habitat, University of Queensland Campus, Gatton. Photographed on 5 March 2011.
Previously included in Bubulcus ibis, Bubulcus coromandus, Bubulcus ibis coromandus, Ardea ibis coromanda and Ardea ibis. The Australian Faunal Directory and the Atlas of Living Australia still use Ardea ibis and the Encyclopedia of Life uses Bulbucus ibis so I have tagged it with both species name.
