An insect about 6mm in length.
This wasp appeared to be attending to two of several cone-shaped cocoons on a eucalypt sapling. Some details of the cocoons can be seen here https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/240511984
Masses of post-2020 fire sapling regen around the cemetery edges. This plant had probably resprouted from the base of the trunk and had started flowering (as the species has elsewhere in the area).
2 of these insects were in holes in a Bee hotel.
