Description

I think this is a Tormentil flower based on using this observation: https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/132622-Potentilla-erecta and observing the similarities. Both are yellow and have four petals. I observed this at the edge of a forest setting and the weather was sunny and around 80 degrees F. Flowers are seed bearing vascular plants, and angiosperms.
