Headed down to the Lower Rio Grande Valley for a staff meeting with the other urban wildlife biologists.
Explored Choke Canyon State Park, a lake recreational park with some really nice nature trails. Lots of really cool birds here.

I ate lunch at this little park right before I presented to some second graders at a school in Lewisville. It was super fun -- we talked about owls and adaptations. :)

Right before I presented to the Iris Society, I ate dinner at the Fort Worth Trinity Park -- this duck pond is WAY over populated... I bet lots of loafs of bread are dumped here daily! :-/
