Apologies for the poor quality photos but there were 2 groups of 3 Gang-Gangs hanging out in the trees. I would assume it was the two parents and their young as they sat together.
18 birds feeding along creek, mostly on Hawthorns and Broad leaf peppermint. Mix of male and females. Annual summer migration to the area
Terrible photos, but I had to race to the door with my phone to catch them as they went over. I posted previously about a mob of 34 or thereabouts flying over but didn't have photos evidence. This isn't great but perhaps you can tell just from their shape that's what they are. The calls were also a give-away.
A group of approx 10 gang gangs going around large viminalis trees looking in hollows: preening etc. They appeared to be pairs flying in and out together

Bioacoustic survey conducted with a Song Meter Micro full-spectrum acoustic recorder deployed within remnant Sedgy Riparian Woodland (EVC 198) of a 2 acre Trust for Nature covenanted property. The property adjoins the Wombat State Forest. Recordings are scheduled twice a day. First, for 3 hours commencing two hours before sunrise, and secondly, for 3 hours commencing at sunset.
Feeding on Acacia retinodes. Flock of 6 (4M & 2F) observed same location 31 Dec22.

Have regularly heard ganggang calls from my house for the past few weeks. Have seen a pair in our garden over the past few days.
Upon investigation of gums trees in the area near my house observed a gangagang entering a hollow
10 to 15 flying past

Pair nesting Gang Gangs. Fourth year pair has returned to same nest. Arrived 14 August.
Gang-gang pair flew over and landed briefly, no pic and poor sound recording…one call heard at start of recording. Heard often the last few months indicating they have been in the area all winter.
5 Gang Gang cockatoos sighted.
5 birds have been seen regularly since persistent rains ended. Pair seen today visiting hollow multiple times. Video taken mp4 will not upload
