Despite avoiding humans and public spaces, Murphy's Law holds true given enough time. Already pretty symptomatic. Neat how many viruses and bacteria I don't have, I guess.
Nótese que el parásito estaba comiendo hacía dentro de la piel, Recibí un tratamiento con una crema especial por 8 días, y luego 8 días más con otra pasta a base de ceniza volcanica.
Small wolf spider (<1cm) seen scurrying across ground in my backyard, first seen near a garden (not many plants now due to the cold). My best guess is Trochosa. Had a thin light band extending down middle of carapace and into the beginning anterior third of the abdomen, thinning to a point. Hard to see in the photographs, but in some you can see it also had a line of light dots (maybe 5-6) on each dorsolateral ridge of the posterior end of the abdomen, aligned in an angle towards the spinnerets. Those are best seen in the first three photos. Photos shot on an IPhone 12.
Two specimens collected on Gemma. This one is on a scallop shell. Identified by Alan Kuzirian.
