On sticky cinquefoil. Several plants had them. They appeared mostly on the upper surface of the leaf, and yellowed the area

I'm not sure about the host or the galls. Maybe strawberry, maybe rubus for the host. The galls don't match any I can find for either of those species, it could be mites or fungal
