This has popped up under juniper canopy throughout the open space. Not blooming but is a very fine leafed, lacy, delicate plant looking like miniature forest of chartreuse. Help!

Shocked to see this box turtle on one of the main trails up to UMound just east of the parking area. Wow! Would love confirmation of this lady (brown eyes, not red). She was shy and wouldn’t come out of her shell.
At first glance this looked like cow pen Daisy (Verbesina encelioides) but on closer examination I changed my mind based on phillaries and leaves. This species is fairly common along Frost Road, but not in dense populations like cow pen Daisy.
