Winter

Winter is a perfect time for birding, tracking and identifying animals on iNaturalist! Helpful tip: Put out bird feeders, grab your phone and go for a hike! Today I was watching birds while drinking coffee and then I went outside and walked around my yard. While walking down a path in the woods I noticed there were tracks going through the path.

I love a good hike!

Bird Waching

I put out some bird feeders so my kitten could watch them. Today while I was drinking my coffee, I saw so many birds that I pulled out my phone and started taking picture's and put them on iNaturalist. It was a successful day.

Ruby-Crowned Kinglet

The Ruby-Crowned Kinglet is one of my favorite birds in Ohio! The way you can identify these little birds is by there chest and head, because there red crown is hidden your never sure. They also look like a warbler but there yellow is more green than any warbler. They get very excited when any human comes around, it was hard to get a picture. They like shrub land and wooded areas.
