Dixie Plantation - 03/15/2019

TOD: 1200-1600
Weather: scattered clouds; rain later [HIGH: 62 LOW: 42]
Where: Dixie Plantation
Description:
We went to Dixie Plantation again to look at some of the environment and wildlife that we would be able to get during a different time. We spent a lot of time looking in the traps and looking at how some of the school's faculty took down some of the brush that had been over-growing the pines that they tried to grow in this area.
The area was not as muddy as the first time, so there were some differences in the wildlife that we were able to see.

Downtown Walk -- 02/28/2019

TOD: 1200-1600
Weather: scattered clouds; rain later [HIGH: 64 LOW: 47]
Where: Downtown Charleston, SC -- Bull St.
Description:
We walked down Bull St to view some of the plants/animals on the way to the lake near Lockwood Rd. This trip was so that we could better understand how the oyster beds that people made in man-made lakes looked and worked.

Because it was in Downtown Charleston, it is a very urban environment but has a lot of different plants in front of homes and on the sidewalk.
