A pale yellow, narrowly tubular flower about 1/4 to 1/3 inch long. The flowers form clusters of 2 to 6 but usually just 3.
Plant height: 3 to 6 Feet.

Native perennial shrub.

Likes a part shade to shade, an average to moist soil habitat in rich deciduous woods, ravines and on wooded slopes.
