Description

This organism is was seen on a tree on my backyard. When looking at it, it almost seems as if it was part of the tree. It was patchy and found almost all over the tree. These organism are incapable of photosynthesis.

Description

This insect was seen running in my backyard in the dirt and on the dead leaves. It was about 1/2 inches and it’s head was red with a black posterior. This organism was seen attacking a smaller insect. According to the website: https://www.allgoodservices.com/pest-info/ants/fire-ants/

These insects eat plants and seeds and will also attack small animals.

Description

These were seen on the base of a tree. They where bright green and slightly scattered. This organism was very mat-like and look fuzzy. Tiny leafs can be seen when viewed up close. This organism is very small close to 1 or 2 centimeters.

Description

This is a bushes of flowers. The flowers found in the bushes were about 4 to 5 inches long. Most of the flowers were seen growing upward and had 4 petals. The flowers were more of a fuchsia color with anthers in the middle. According to “All About Azaleas” there are a variety of these flowering plants and some tend to bloom in early spring.

Description

This organism was spotted on a tree and was about fist size. It also varied in color; parts of it was greyish-white white the other parts looked like lime-green color. The texture of it seemed to be flaky. According to the "Biology Discussion" website, this organism usually grow on bark trees and leaves. Its common habitat is the forest.
