Not sure. Lacking soralia and isidiomorphs ( I think). No apothecia, fibrils present but not abundant. Thallus highly branching throughout. No constrictions at branching points or annular cracks. Cortex white.
Maybe a decent fit for U. hirta, but doesn't seem like enough fibrils?
