Outside St John's in the Vale Church near Keswick. Flowers give impression of Guelder Rose with similar leaves to Hornbeam. Fascinated to learn what this is.....doubtless an ornamental variety.

What a magic species this is. My first sighting of a male. Interesting to note the bi-coloured pterostigma of Blue-tailed Damselflies.
