Not sure if correct pine species, but there were plenty of small wildling conifers in this area of conservation land.

Growing through out the the site, especially around walkways and cleared, managed areas.

Found on a nikau palm frond

Growing all along the banks of the scenic walk in Dingle Dell Reserve. Most predominantly in areas without full canopy cover.

Pods starting to split

Growing off dead tree matter, near the edge of cultivated trees, under moderate canopy cover

Growing around the edges of a mud flat in an intertidal zone

Found growing on a sandbank in an intertidal zone
