Description

This population was discovered in 2000 and consists of about a dozen plants growing in leaf litter atop limestone. The plants appear to be a parasitic on Marshallia caespitosa at this location.

Description

First seen here in 1980--last in 1984! Made a pilgrimage to see if it was still present--it was though less than 20 plants were seen where there were hundreds. Note the mealy hairs on the fruit which distinguishes this from the look-alikes.
