Hello, everyone!

My name is Bramadi Arya, and I am a PhD student in biochemistry at Mahidol University, Thailand.

In the past, I was interested in non-vascular plants like liverworts, mosses, and hornworts. I started Jogja Bryophytes Project, which you can find at https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/jogja-bryophytes. It started out as a place to keep track of my hobby, which was looking at mosses, and to store some photos for my undergraduate thesis.

Later, when I was pursuing my master's degree, I decided to investigate the gut microbiota.

Now, my research interests are around the application of bioinformatics & systems biology approaches, with a particular emphasis on the use of single-cell sequencing technology.
