I have a long held passion for the natural world and live on the mid-north coast of NSW, Australia. This area has a myriad habitats to explore - from the adjacent marine waters to the tops of Australia’s Great Dividing Range. Being semi-retired gives me the opportunity to immerse myself in these habitats and not only to photograph any plants and critters I come across but also to enhance my connectedness with natural systems.

I’d describe myself as a generalist - I know a bit about a lot of taxonomic groups but the detail escapes me (haha). I’m loving the current generation of cameras which allow iNaturalists to post some amazing images from across the globe.
