I am a high school student from Cape Town, South Africa. I have a keen interest in the indigenous flora of Southern Africa, but my focus is largely around the Greater Cape Floristic Region situated primarily within the Western Cape province of South Africa. My interests also involve invasive species management, as well as most other things to do with nature conservation in general. Useless at anything inconspicuous. Inactivity = too much schoolwork to get through by Monday :(

As a committee member of the Friends of Tokai Park (FoTP), I regularly join in on volunteer hacking events to remove invasive alien plant species that pose a threat to the Critically Endangered Cape Flats Sand Fynbos - the dominant vegetation type occurring within Lower Tokai Park's borders.
