I am a biological anthropologist (Saint Louis University) interested in primate social behavior. My research interests/foci include the behavioral development of infants/juveniles, particularly in capuchins (Cebus capucinus) and vervets (Chlorocebus cynosuros), as well as nonhuman primate & hominin evolutionary strategies, social complexity, and ethics in field primatology/anthropology. I've been involved in fieldwork since 1992, and have observed wild primates in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panamá, Suriname, Colombia, Bali & Zambia.
