I live on Martha's Vineyard island, Massachusetts, USA, and work for a small, wildlife-oriented non-profit called BiodiversityWorks. I direct a community science program called the Martha's Vineyard Atlas of Life: https://mval.biodiversityworksmv.org In addition to that website, we also curate an iNaturalist project: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/martha-s-vineyard-atlas-of-life

Most of my experience is in southern New England. I don't really consider myself an expert at anything, but I'm a reasonably skilled general naturalist and have worked hard learning regional birds, butterflies, Odonata, Orthoptera, and the fly taxa Asiloidea and Syrphidae. I'm currently focused largely on bees. Feel free to tag me for ID help in any of those groups; I may not be much help, but I'll do my best.
