Watering the Eco-Patch with the wagon and pump

Saturday May 29 was the first day using the 30gallon wagon with a pump to deliver water to the patch. The hose connected to the wagon is long enought to reach all 8 mixes. We wheeled the wagon to the patch and then brought water in 5 gallon containers, carried in a car three containers at a time. We applies 60 gallons to the patch.
The next watering with the wagon and pump happened Wednesday night, June 2. This time we used a truck to carry water there, 6 containers at a time. We will work on being more efficient.

Sunday Watering on June 6

Working to get the 8 mixes of SF Native plants established, we brought 60 gallons of water to thie site and using the hose connected to the pump managed to cover all 8 mixes. Initially we planned to cover only 4 of the mixes, but a leaking pressure monitor caused us concern. Learning that the pressure monitor is primarily used to monitor ratio when using a pesticide, we'll try for only 4 mixes on June 9

Watering using two sources on June 18

Starting at 5pm we were able to deliver 75 gallons of water using the water wagon pump. At 6:15pm we were able to add the hose from the neighborhood home. This enabled us to water about 75 more gallons.
