What is a range extension?
Range extension is flexible.
- If it is only known from a 1mx1m patch, then 1000m is a range extension.
- If it occurs from Ethiopia to Durban, is a record from Port Shepstone 50km a range extension?
- Similarly, any record in a new country is a range extension, even if it is only a few hundred metres.
Let the user decide.
