I have uploaded a spreadsheet of the rare/significant plant species here:
https://portal.nrsi.on.ca/public.php?service=files&t=3201959300eb1d0230af1f92540381fe
This includes both the 1999 Richardson & Martin List as well as the 1989 Riley list. You can use this to refer to but keep in mind that species not on this list but which you suspect could be quite uncommon or new to the Region would be of interest. I do not have a filter set for the project so in theory a member of the project could add Trillium grandiflorum (or all of their Waterloo plant observations) and they would get pulled in. Ideally reference to the spreadsheet will help to identify what is of interest to the project and what isn't.

Nice! I think I have some stuff to add based on this list.
See new link to list: http://portal.nrsi.on.ca/s/cEEF8wXPjwJ7Qyp
It seems odd to me that Rubus idaeus ssp. idaeus (European red raspberry) is on the list. I may be wrong but the list otherwise only includes indigenous species. Was is perhaps a typo and instead ssp. strigosus was intended to be included?
Rubus idaeus ssp. melanolasius (currently on list) being outdated and now known as R. idaeus ssp. strigosus.

This is a list based off the 1998 Ontario Plant List and is rife with outdated nomenclature. I may get around to updating this list in time, but that's a ways off and would likely only include significant species.
Thanks. That helps. I also see that the list I downloaded in early February is older (2017-01-04 as opposed 2017-02-09) and doesn't include Rubus idaeus ssp. melanolasius (currently R. idaeus ssp. strigosus).
Hello!
I'm late to the party... May I have access to this document?
Thanks :)
