Game developer based in Toronto. Science-minded, interested in generally learning about the species around me, and I think snapping photos of them makes for an entertaining goal during hikes.

My favorite place within "easy" reach of the city is probably Hockley Valley.

Right now I photograph with a DMC-ZS100, and for close-ups my phone with a cheap macro lens. It's a super portable setup but it's limited. I also don't really know what to look for or what needs to be photographed to identify most species. I'm learning!
