Hi! I'm a queer naturalist and amateur mycologist based in Tkaronto, Ontario, earning my Bachelors of Environmental Studies at the University of Waterloo and holding special interests in studying wild medicinal plants & fungi.

Currently living and working in the McGill Gault Nature Reserve (traditional territories of the Kanienʼkeháka & Wabanaki) as a research assistant, placed through the Canadian Conservation Corps' program sponsored by the Canadian Wildlife Federation x Outward Bound Canada.

I've been highly privileged in travelling through and documented species across North and Central America thus far, including the provinces of Ontario, Quebec & British Columbia, the U.S states of Florida, Arizona, Pennsylvania & New York, the Mexican states of Jalisco and much of the Yucatán peninsula, Caye Caulker island off the NE coast of Belize, and more recently backpacked throughout Panama's Bocas Del Toro archipelago, the cloud forests of Central-Pacific Costa Rica and Nicaragua.

Bringing people together and sparking joy through sharing new flora and fauna facts with fellow travellers is something I am quite passionate about, as I've seen first hand how we as Naturalists are able to facilitate interest and communicate the collective care necessary to safeguard our wildlife, and fellow humans, throughout the global.
