Hello! I found this snake at a neighbors house, we caught it in a bucket and released him back to the park but can NatureNut help me identify what type of snake this is? Thank you

Naturenut helped some kids with a rubber worm for fishing and he no sooner tossed it in and caught this bad boy. Then released it.

I continue on my quest to get a good shot of the crown of the Ruby-crowned Kinglet. Maybe next time... Barely shows in this photo, had some where it really showed but were way out of focus.
