My Vizsla must’ve rolled in a carcass and this portion impaled her neck (and was successfully surgically removed). The sharp-pointed and reverse-barbed “spear” (my non-technical description of it), which was completely embedded in her neck, is approximately 1.7” long. Thanks for any thoughts on what it is.
