In Cedar-Hemlock forest floor. About 15cm long.
Torrey Pine stood at roughly 3.5m, though taller specimens in more protected areas exceeded this height significantly. Needles are a verdant green and roughly 10" in length, arranged in groupings of 5. The central trunk of the tree is covered in a rough, flaking gray/brown bark. Newer branches appear to have "scale-like" bark plates like that seen on a reptile.
