this was the only flower around.

this poison oak was spread out and flourished in the partial shade and sun along the ground.

Do you see it? Well it is in the center of the photo but i am not surprised if you didn't because this fine specimen bends right in with the dry grass and is probably only 1 to 2 inches.

this bird was perched on the Bechtel house and i only had a split second to take an image befor it swooped down and away.

this was a single feather sitting in the grass below a fence. so this probably happened when it was sitting on the fence and fell out in take of or preening.

the location was from were i saw it how ever it was in the distance and i had my camera on my highest zoom with out it becoming pixelated.

this was found in a clearing under neath trees.

these ferns were less than knee height

the mom and baby were grazing the grasses right next to the Dwight center.

spiky pinkish short grass like plant around the grass.

these flowers have been found in shady areas all around the preserve.

this plant was almost missed with its pea size flower petal.

this yellow flower was found in the shade and had evenly spaces white dots on top of the leaves.

this was a fesh and new looking poison oak plant.

little flying insect crawled around my sheets a liitle bit.
