Small plant growing in seepage area. Flowers are half the size of Wachendorfia paniculata which grows nearby on dry sandy slopes: http://www.ispotnature.org/node/749518 (flower from that plant held next to it in first photograph for comparison).
Not an isolated plant but a population of about 20 plants all with flowers half the size of typical W. paniculata. Outside the range of W. brachyandra.
