Nature Walk 2: The Reservoir

On this nature walk, I chose to walk around the infamous Reservoir across from Boston College. Rather than taking this walk alone, as I did last time, I chose to go with two of my good friends. It gave us a chance to get away from the classroom and spend time chatting about anything and everything. The weather was beautiful on Wednesday, when I did my nature walk, and it was great to see so many people and organisms out by the Reservoir. I observed a lot of different plants and animals. I found the diversity of the plants to be incredible. While there were some plants that I had seen before, many of them I only noticed along this nature walk. It was incredibly fascinating to look at the various animals as well. I got to see a great deal of ducks as well as a couple of swans, which was awesome!
