Ardisia spp. in Au. – an example of the details of keying out *Ardisia brevipedata*.

An example of the details of keying out Ardisia brevipedata.:
From: https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/137206893 .

Primulaceae plant family (formerly Myrsinaceae)
• Not Myrsine spp. nor Tapeinosperma spp. nor Tetrardisia spp., etc.
• On foliage and inflorescences obviously not Ardisia crenata nor A. elliptica (invasive weeds).
• Leaves not "distichous or 2-ranked" —SE. Qld – Tweed region NE. NSW Ardisia bakeri C.T.White.
• Leaves flat-ish margins (not recurved nor revolute) —hence not A. pachyrrhachis (F.Muell.) F.M.Bailey.
• Inflorescences racemes or raceme–like —hence not Ardisia fasciculata C.T.White (nor Christ. Island Ardisia sanguinolenta Wall. ex Blume).
• Inflorescences with more than 8 flowers each —hence not Ardisia hylandii Jackes.
