Found Sunday morning in Northwest hills. Appears to be bright blue with a black beak and band around its face. Has a white or cream under belly. Was found here but of the bird seed feeder set up in my backyard, was found eating the seeds from it.

Found in Northwest Hills in a large ditch. When I touched it was very sticky and was sticking to some rocks in the ditch. I think this was found here because the rocks provided a great place to stick.
