On an indoor plant. It looks kind of like a really tiny white pill bug. Wasn’t even sure if it was a bug until I turned it over and saw really tiny legs. There’s also clumps or sticky white material almost like spider web or one kind of fungus. One of the bugs was on one of the clumps
