I've been fascinated with the natural world since I was a toddler. It all started with my dad showing me a pill bug. Watching it roll up into a ball on my hand triggered something in my brain that still persists today.

I am currently a student at the University of Nevada, Reno studying wildlife ecology and conservation, taking part in as many hands on experiences as I can handle. I am currently involved in a lab measuring and identifying insects.

I love all wildlife but I tend to gravitate towards whatever I can find during that time of the year! Nature is my temporary escape from the overwhelming stimulus of people and the concrete jungles we inhabit. My dream is to have a career working with insects.
