I am a biologist, master in Ecology and Natural Resource Management, PhD in Environmental Sciences (Cerrado Natural Resources) and currently postdoctoral fellow in Ecology and Biodiversity Conservation at Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso. I'm one of the founders of the NGO Instituto Boitatá de Etnobiologia e Conservação da Fauna, where I work on the direction, and in the coordination and development of projects in fauna conservation, environmental education and popular science. I have experience in community ecology, metacommunity, landscape ecology, co-occurrence patterns and biology of amphibians, reptiles and fishes.
