I've just added iNaturalist to my phone, and am having trouble getting some of the locations/ID selections right - so I'm a little clunky with observations right now.

I live on Quadra Island and studied biology, esp. freshwater ecology. My recent biology work has mostly been volunteer salmon work and some citizen mapping projects, where I first learned about inaturalist.

Passionate about fungi, lichens, mosses, plants in general.

I got myself a marvellous wetsuit for my 40th birthday and have been exploring Quadra shores and more. Looking for swim friends! And also trying to ID more of the wild things I'm seeing underwater, especially the crazy magical plankton!
