Every week I (and guest posters) try to review the observations of lizard submitted iNaturalist from the Amazon Region. We look for notable observations to comment on because of their interesting examples of behavior, habitat use, physiology, or other aspects of their biology. Sometimes these are truly obscure lizards known from only a handful of specimens; sometimes these may be familiar. The goal is to make these fascinating animals slightly less obscure.
